It is not a coincidence that the recent appointment of Dr Mrs Maria Njoku as the Registrar of Alvan Ikoku federal University of Education is coming some months after the husband, Chief Soronnadi Njoku was elevated to the prestigious rank of Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN). This is akin to the story of the proverbial lovebirds flocking together to a limitless height in the blue sky, with the husband carrying the wife at the back. Attaining impactful heights in career together as husband and wife is a conjugal milestone that speaks volume of God’s abundant grace and immense benevolence, especially when the wife is under the driving grace of the husband . With this, I am tempted to say that ” without Soro, there is no Maria”
